Here’s our March 24th “Pick of the Week” for the worst Real Estate Photo.
Yep, it seems like a recurring theme: People who are willing to submit photos of a property that have themselves captured in the mirrors. Aside from the tackiness, it distracts buyers from what you have deemed as a “sellable feature” of the home.
We’ve mentioned in previous posts that using professional photography is the best way to direct POSITIVE attention toward your listing, but think about this too. By foregoing professional photography, you’re not only depicting the listing in a worse light than it really is – your also giving away what kind of agent you are. When people see these photos, they see (a) that the agent is NOT willing to do what is necessary to get the most out of the property; and (b) that they are just plain lazy! And who wants that kind of agent? No one.
